Martina Kuhlmann is a keynote speaker on AI strategy, visibility and strategic transformation. As an entrepreneur with 30 years of experience – founder of Let’s Rock KI, co-founder of Freund Kuhlmann GbR and an active researcher in quantum computing – she speaks from transformation she has lived, not from theory.
She has trained more than 2,500 leaders and teams in AI strategy and data-driven marketing. Her talks deliver strategic decision-making frameworks – direct, well-grounded and immediately applicable.

Martina Kuhlmann is one of the few AI speakers with 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. She founded Let’s Rock KI more than nine years ago – at a time when AI was not yet a conference topic. Since then, she has trained more than 2,500 leaders and teams in AI strategy and data-driven marketing.
As co-founder of Freund Kuhlmann GbR, she develops and runs Tischlerbot24, an AI-powered chatbot for the skilled trades – a case in point that AI transformation begins exactly where real decisions are made. Alongside this, she is actively researching quantum computing and its business applications (quanndex.de).
Since 2022, she has been exploring the question behind all the others: What happens to us when work, knowledge and trust are all being renegotiated at the same time? She is now writing down the answer. Her book will be published in 2027.
Her keynotes provide strategic decision-making frameworks for leaders who want to use AI – and who want to understand what it really changes. Available in English and German, in person and online.
